CTC Product Launch Case Study Title

Client Problem: When a medical supply company launches a new product, it is necessary to train their field Sales Account Mangers, field Service Technicians, and Administrative personnel. This diverse audience requires multiple levels of training from the very basic to very advanced. Historically, the company found that training participants who required a basic understanding of the product spent time in classes that were beyond the scope of their needs.

CTC Product Training ImageOur Solution: Our solution was to create online, Intranet-based training content in a very modular structure. The participants logged into the training and selected the level of training that was appropriate to them. In this methodology, they only received modules that were applicable to their training needs, thus reducing the frustration of those participants who previously were receiving content not suitable to them.

This modular structure also simplified the process of creating and maintaining the course content.
